Structure & Grading System

The school programmes are divided into a number of courses (course units), each of which lasts for one semester. These are given a weight depending upon the total number of contact hours in the semester.

These, in turn, are used to calculate the Grade Point Average (GPA) which is a measure of the student’s performance in that semester.This GPA is used to calculate the “Cumulative Grade Point Average”(CGPA) which is used to produce a final assessment of student’s performance at the completion of the programme.

Additional Guidelines

To qualify for the school examination, a student shall have attended at least 75% of the prescribed lectures, seminars, tutorials and practical lessons in each semester.

Examination for each course shall be held at the end of each
semester and the result of such examination may include an assessment through term paper, take-home assignments, continuous assessment, class tests, etc, which shall carry at most 30% and the examination shall carry 70%. The results of the semester examinations shall automatically form part of
thefinal national examination.

Billing and Financial Information

All fees must be paid for by their due dates to assure the student's place at the School. A late fee of 1.25% for each month or portion thereof may be assessed to each account on amounts not paid by the due date.

All payments are made via Remita, so ensure to provide the necessary documents and receipts to prove you have successfully made payments.
